Laparoscopy is performed under general anesthesia; The abdomen is entered with special instruments from the navel region and the abdomen is inflated by giving CO2 gas. It is a type of surgery performed by opening 1 cm incisions from the navel region and usually 2 half-centimeter incisions from the lower lateral regions of the abdomen, and by using special tools from these regions, the intra-abdominal organs are screened by means of a telescope and camera.
